ALCOCK WINS INTERCONTINENTAL CUP TITLE

I made it through the first week of our sliding camp in Whistler and I give the thumbs up on the track and the entire Whistler Sliding Centre. VANOC has done an outstanding job to get this venue ready two years before the Games and they have fulfilled their promise to the Canadian sliding athletes. I just love the atmosphere here in Whistler and I know my teammates feel the same way. It will definitely become a second home for us.

The course is proving to be quite challenging and intimidating with the faster speeds we have reached. The official testing of the track by the FIBT will begin this week and I have been selected as one of four International Skeleton women sliders to take part. More updates to come soon!
