Welcome to my Official Website!

I have just returned from the most amazing training camp in Waikiki, Hawaii. It was eight days of intensive workouts in the most beautiful setting I can think of. We had a variety of workouts at the running track, in the ocean, on the sandy beaches, and at the fitness gym. The weather stayed sunny and humid for the entire duration and I was absolutely overflowing with gratitude to be attending this camp. A big thank you to my coach Kim and my training partners, Johnny and Paula. We all got through it and the sense of satisfaction I feel right now is overwhelming!

The upcoming competitive season marks the start of Olympic qualifying for the 2010 Games. This is the time when every race will start to count. I've been here before and I know the work that is required to start earning valuable qualifiers. It won't be easy but I'm completely ready to enter this new phase with only 19 months to go before the Big Show!
